!help (how to use the bot)

!config timezone - configure timezone (default is UTC)
!time - configure time to send alert (in 24hr format 00:00-23:00; default is 00:00)
!test - preview an alert without tagging everyone
!enable - enable Funky Monkey Friday alerts
!disable - disable Funky Monkey Friday alerts
!list timezones - lists all timezones
!setting - displays alert time and timezone configuration
Only users with admin permissions can use commands
